Reviews
The property is about 30 minutes from our family that live in the Akron area. Because of COVID, we did not want to spend the night with them because they were considered high risk. Hatalou Farm provided a quiet, safe retreat from the city and crowded campgrounds. The views of farmland were picturesque and we liked the added benefit of supporting a young farming family Steven met us when we drove in and shared a little about the farm. H and his family are working to continue the legacy of over a century of farming in the area. Thanks, Steven for being such a gracious host!-Mike Lockwood
We stayed here in June. Beautiful vistas of Ohio farmland and the perfect jumping-off point to visit family in Akron as well as visiting the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. If you want to boondock and get away from the City, Steven and his family were very gracious hosts. Their farmland has been in their family for over 100yrs. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed supporting a local farmer. Thanks Steven!-Mike Lockwood
