About This Property
Listing is for the driveway of our home residence. We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood central in Gainesville, less than 3 miles to UF and the Gator Football stadium & Exactech Arena. We are family-, dog-, and LBGTQ- friendly. We have a flat, concrete back-in spot available in our driveway. It can accommodate a 26 ft max length in our 29ft long, 16ft wide space. Ample parking for towing vehicle. Water is available. We have potential availability for you to connect to sewer upon arrival/departure (via back-in, up a slight incline up our grassy yard). After you book with us, send us an email if you anticipate needing to utilize the sewer.
Check-in: 1pm; Check out 12pm. We will observe social distancing and masking while interacting with guests. No large parties. Strict noise control by 10pm. We are dog-friendly with a maximum of 3 dogs (no breed restrictions). Leashing and cleaning up after your pet(s) is required. Pets may not be tied out without the owner present and must be secured in your camper when you are out and about. Absolutely no fireworks. No fires outside of your personal grill. All fires must be completely extinguished with water prior to you retiring for the night.

Unique To This Property
We have an outdoor canopy and table that you may use (please bring your own chairs). Our yard has a tire swing that you may use at your own risk. We are within walking distance to a park and wooded walking trails that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. The park has picnic facilities as well as multiple age-appropriate playground equipment for the kids. We are also more than happy to provide you with dining, dog park, and entertainment ideas before and during your stay!
About The Owner
Amy is a native Floridian and long-time Gainesville resident. Huan has lived in Gainesville since moving here from Vietnam as a child after the war. We love traveling, camping in our RV, cycling, fishing, and our fur kids. We travel to eat!
