Modesto Gardens ->Hot Tub + 360° Views
About This Property
This quiet and tranquil setting is specifically designed for the RV traveler seeking a peaceful respite for their Albuquerque stay. Just outside your door you'll find your own private shaded patio with hot tub, gas grill and propane fire bowl, along with two Adirondack chairs, love seat, and bistro table for outdoor dining. You'll love the 360° views from your patio, including our mountains and renowned sunsets. Location is just 2 miles from the Sandia Peak Tramway and the Sandia Mountain Wilderness (a hiker and biker paradise with 150 miles of trails). I-25 is 4 miles due west and I-40 is 8 miles to the south. Site width is 12 feet so keep that in mind if you have deep slideouts on both sides of your RV. Single sided slideouts should be no problem. It's a back in only site. Pets welcome but must be kept on leash, however, small dogs are welcome to explore the fenced garden area off leash under supervision. You'll be staying in a high desert climate at 6000 feet so the nights cool off quickly in the dry air. The sun can be intense at this elevation so shade is provided on the patio plus shade fabric is available to cover your rig if desired. Also, we have some of the best tasting water in the city coming from our well to top off your tank and plenty of space in our trash cans for garbage. About The Owner
My wife and I are semi-retired and work primarily out of our home. We've been RVing for a few years now and love to take off on extended trips when our schedules allow, but also enjoy being at home relaxing at our one acre oasis in the desert. We share a love of the outdoors and exploring all the unique destinations in Land of Enchantment.
