Have an all-to-yourself 1.75 acre river front property 15 miles from the Oregon dunes with beautiful views of the Umpqua River and forested mountains! Activities for everyone including swimming, fishing, hiking, boating (we have a kayak and canoe onsite), or just relax on the double swing chair and hammock. Please note: there is construction nearby during the new Scottsburg bridge hold. Traffic has short delays.

Please check in upon arrival by calling/texting 408-234-5891. We will open the gate and show you all the amenities available to you. Pets are allowed on leash only. There is no fencing.
