About This Property
We offer a 3-acre mowed pasture that contains about 1 acre in flat space. There is no electric, but if you park nearer our home, you will have access to our wi-fi. For an additional $5 charge, you can use our outdoor pool recreation area that includes an outdoor shower. We have free range chickens, and for $10 additional, we can prepare a home-cooked breakfast using those eggs for all in your party. The parking area is within yards of a paved walking trail that surrounds our entire community (a total distance of about 12 miles) that is biking friendly, and golf carts are also allowed. Our property is located about 10 yards from the city limits (5 minutes to downtown/2 minutes from hospital), but is surrounded by trees and has very few neighbors. A very quiet area with the sound of frogs and crickets all summer long. We are 30 miles south of I-80 (from Brooklyn), 1 mile north of Iowa State Highway 92, 2 miles from Iowa Highway 163.

It's nice in Iowa. We are in the country, but are within 50 yards of city limits. Our property sits adjacent to the local bike trail (golf carts permitted) and we have free-range chickens and a swimming pool. It’s a quick 5-minute drive to our scenic downtown where you can grab a coffee/snack at Smokey Row Coffee House, a gourmet grilled cheese at Wanderlunch, find a great book at The Book Vault and check out the bandstand on the city square.
