The property boast great sunrises looking east down the river. Just a few steps away from the water, access to the dock for fishing, and minutes from I20 with an easy drive to the lot. Property Rules
No running on the dock including the ramp. Children under 12 are required to wear a life jacket while on the dock. When the water is up the current is very strong. Stay off the house boat.

We are a fun loving family that loves adventure and sharing experiences with our friends and family. Our RV lot is located at the mouth of Bayou d’Arbonne located in West Monroe, LA. Bayou d’Arbonne flows into the Ouachita river and is ranked one of the top 25 scenic rivers in the US. We are located minutes from I20 with an easy drive to this beautiful lot. The lot rests just a few feet from the bayou and it's a quick walk down the dock to fish and check out the wild life. This lot will fit up to a 35’ RV with water hook up and 50 amp service. No sewer at this time.
