About The Owner
I live in the Ozarks Missouri with my wife on a seven acre property with well water pumps, a pond and barns. I even have a Barn with a stall for a horse. Beautiful area, quiet and close to stores, within two miles to US 44.
FYI-We have a 21ft travel trailer. We were Phils first campers since starting with UP Close RV. Likes... We liked Phil the owner. He started communicating with us to make sure we were still coming and to see how he could help in any way. He checked in regularly and was accommodating in every respect. He did offer to fill our fresh water tank and offered a 110v extension cord. We liked visiting with the ducks and goats. We like the town of St Clair. Antique shops, Wineries and dining was very nice. A lot of history and local sites to explore. Plenty of grocery and other shops. This camping spot is very close to the exit off I-44 and close to all needed amenities. Perfect for an overnight while passing through. Again, Phil was very nice and loves to show off his collection of ducks. Dislikes... The area for the camper was pretty small and the back of the camper ran parallel to the main road. Not heavy traffic but there was regular vehicles passing by. We believe "class A's" and "Super C's" would be too big for this lot. The camping spot was on grass (farm field). It was dry when we were there but a rainy day would quickly get soft and parking or pulling out may be difficult.-Jim Probst
